Vendor marketing is a strategic growth area for Bonami, with clear potential to become a meaningful revenue stream. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of building and scaling vendor marketing as a commercially driven business. This role is not just about coordination or campaign execution. It is about creating, selling, and scaling a vendor marketing offering that generates measurable value. You will connect Key Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Retail, and turn vendor marketing into a structured and revenue-generating system.

Your responsibilities

Strategy & Ownership

  • Own vendor marketing as a business with clear revenue responsibility.
  • Define the vendor marketing offering – what we sell, how we price it, and how we scale it.
  • Build structured vendor marketing packages and formats.
  • Identify growth opportunities across suppliers, categories, and channels.

Commercial & Sales

  • Work closely with Key Account Management to drive vendor marketing revenue.
  • Actively support and participate in selling vendor marketing to suppliers.
  • Join key supplier meetings when needed and help close deals.
  • Ensure vendor marketing is positioned as a value-driving investment, not a cost.
  • Drive adoption of vendor marketing across key suppliers.

Execution & Coordination

  • Coordinate across Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product, and Retail.
  • Ensure vendor-funded campaigns are delivered as agreed.
  • Align timelines, deliverables, and expectations across teams.
  • Remove bottlenecks and ensure execution without delays.

Product & Channel Integration

  • Work with Product team to integrate vendor marketing into the platform.
  • Support creation of scalable formats across website, campaigns, and retail.
  • Ensure vendor marketing is visible and impactful across the customer journey. 

Performance & Optimization

  • Own performance tracking of vendor marketing activities.
  • Define and monitor KPIs (revenue, performance, ROI).
  • Continuously optimize formats, pricing, and execution.
  • Identify what works and scale it across suppliers.

  • Vendor marketing becomes a consistent and growing revenue stream.
  • Suppliers actively invest in marketing cooperation.
  • Vendor marketing is sold, not just offered
  • Campaigns are delivered reliably and without friction.
  • Internal teams are aligned and execution runs smoothly.
  • You have full visibility on performance and continuously improve results.

You are perfect for this role if you

  • Have experience in commercial roles, vendor marketing, trade marketing, or retail media.
  • Are comfortable selling and discussing marketing investments with suppliers.
  • Understand how to connect commercial goals with marketing execution.
  • Can structure offerings and turn them into something scalable and sellable.
  • Are confident in negotiations and able to push for results.
  • Are comfortable working with numbers, revenue targets, and ROI.
  • Have strong communication skills in English (internal and external).
  • Are proactive and take ownership without waiting for direction.

This role may not be a good fit if

  • You prefer execution over selling and ownership.
  • You are not comfortable being involved in commercial discussions with suppliers.
  • You avoid responsibility for revenue or results.
  • You prefer clearly defined processes over building new ones.
