At GLAMI, we are changing the online shopping experience across Europe! We are a fashion discovery search engine connecting millions of users with brands and e-retailers, in 13 markets in the EU.

Harry (Country Manager for Romania) is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to support fashion e-shops advertising on www.glami.ro and help GLAMI grow even further in the Romanian market.

🏋️‍♀️THE MAIN CHALLENGE…

Maintain and develop our B2B partnerships, analyze and optimize their performance on the GLAMI platform, develop relationships with our existing partners to enable them to reach the best possible results, and acquire new partnerships.

📈AND SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Keep ownership and oversee a growing portfolio of partners in GLAMI RO.

  • Being the first point of contact for potential and existing partners and giving solutions on how to improve their results on the GLAMI platform.
  • Provide data analysis with the aim of assisting key partners to scale their campaigns (upselling) and at the same time improve GLAMI’s efficiency.
  • Execute sales to acquire new B2B partnerships, follow best practices, and utilize automation processes in our CRM.
  • Participation in projects improving processes and features, impacting all GLAMI markets, like help in identifying technical integration problems and product opportunities.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Experience in a B2B Sales client-facing position in e-commerce OR online marketing.

  • eg telesales, digital marketing agency, SaaS, ad-tech, marketplace).
  • Good understanding of e-commerce, familiar with the Romanian market.
  • Fluency in English and native Romanian.
  • Positive go-getter attitude, ability to work autonomously.
  • Disposition for data-driven decision-making, with a hands-on way of doing things.
  • A personality that is proactively looking for improvements, willing to learn and build amazing things.
