What you'll do

Help build PoCs and demo solutions for internal teams and clients
Work with senior colleagues and clients to translate business needs into technical tasks and solution design
Contribute to the design and implementation of agentic workflows
Help build and maintain RAG pipelines (document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector database)
Integrate LLMs into applications via Python, APIs, databases and internal systems
Test and refine prompts to improve answer quality and reduce hallucinations
(GCP track) Build and iterate GenAI/ML prototypes and PoCs on Google Cloud (Vertex AI + Gemini); deploy via Cloud Run/Cloud Functions; integrate via API Gateway/Pub/Sub

Who we're looking for

Some hands-on exposure to GenAI/LLMs (school, internship or personal projects)
Python for scripting, data work and API integrations
Basic familiarity with at least one framework: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or CrewAI
Understanding of the basics of embeddings, semantic search and vector databases
Able to explain technical topics simply and collaborate well with a team and with clients
Fluent English; Czech/Slovak a strong plus, German a bonus
(GCP track) Basic GCP experience (Cloud Run/Functions, Storage, IAM), ideally some Vertex AI exposure

Nice to have

Streamlit/Chainlit/n8n for fast prototyping
Docker and deployment basics
SQL/NoSQL databases, BigQuery
Event-driven integration (Pub/Sub)
