Fabric Consultant

Work schedule
Full-time
Address
Křižíkova 148/34, 186 00 Praha

We are looking for a Fabric Consultant with a strong data engineering background – someone who owns data platforms end-to-end, not just builds reports on top of them. You'll work on customer projects across various industry verticals, with Fabric as your core toolset.

What will you do?

  • Design and build scalable data platforms in Microsoft Fabric – Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines, Warehouses, and OneLake integration
  • Own the full data flow end-to-end: ingestion → transformation → modeling → reporting, with Fabric as the backbone
  • Architect clean, performant data models following best practices (medallion architecture, dimensional modeling)
  • Build and maintain automated pipelines that scale reliably with client needs
  • Partner with a PM to translate business requirements into robust Fabric-based solutions, and validate outputs with end users
  • Deliver Power BI reports and semantic models as the final layer
  • Manage releases across dev/test/production using Azure DevOps, including Fabric deployment pipelines

About you

  • 2+ years of hands-on, production experience with Microsoft Fabric specifically – Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines, Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2
  • Strong SQL skills and solid command of data transformation and modeling concepts
  • Power BI expertise as a natural extension of your Fabric work – DAX, Power Query, semantic models
  • Track record of owning end-to-end data solutions, not just the reporting layer
  • Sharp analytical thinking – you can look at a messy dataset and immediately know where to start
  • Confident communicator who can lead conversations with both business and technical stakeholders, not just present to them
  • Genuine interest in where Fabric is heading – Copilot/AI features, governance, automation
  • Fluent in Czech and English

What can you expect

  • Work on international projects using cutting-edge data tools
  • Solid benefits package: extra 10 days of leave, multisport card, generous annual learning budget, open bonus structure, local and international knowledge sharing sessions, and more
  • Hybrid flexibility – we meet in the Prague office regularly (around 2–3 days a week), and you’re free to choose what works best for you beyond that
  • AI-friendly by default – we stay current, experiment with new tools, and treat AI as a genuine work partner
  • Continuous learning and development to keep your skills sharp
  • If you're a keen sportsman, you'll find plenty of company here :)

I've enjoyed all these years doing meaningful projects that make a real impact. I see people growing around me and how we export their Czech know-how to the whole of Europe.
