Why This Role Matters
You’ll transform global brand strategies and marketing plans into effective execution across your assigned export markets. You will ensure smooth coordination and alignment with our in-market partners to drive sustainable business growth and brand performance.
What You'll Do
Strategy implementation and planning
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and risks for assigned brands.
- Coordinate and execute marketing plans together with distributors and the sales department, including budget alignment.
Market development and third-party cooperation
- Build and develop strong partnerships with sales teams, distributors, our branches, and external agencies.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities.
Marketing execution and brand alignment
- Adapt global ATL campaigns to local needs, ensuring brand consistency with a primary focus on digital.
- Coordinate and evaluate distributors' marketing activities to ensure alignment with key objectives and brand strategy.
Performance monitoring and optimization
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, such as brand development, sales, and market share.
- Analyze data and present actionable conclusions and outcomes which are aligned with the sales team.
Support and business continuity
- Manage the continuity of marketing and sales activities across assigned markets.
- Lead ad-hoc initiatives based on market changes and provide full support for market needs.
What we expect:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or a similar field.
- Advanced English (B2-C1).
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in international marketing, export, or brand management, with a solid knowledge of marketing principles.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and the digital environment is an advantage.
- Experience with international distributors is welcome.
- Understanding of ATL/BTL campaign planning and adaptation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets responsibly, as well as prepare reports and presentations.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and countries at once, with an openness to change.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Multicultural adaptability and empathy.
