For our Czech team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be primary point of contact for our customers in Central Europe and help us to boost our business in Czechia 🇨🇿 

👩🏻‍💻 What do we expect from an Customer Success Manager

  • We need an extremely organised Customer Success Manager with at least 2 years of experience.
  • You need to be natural in the world of data and software engineering and have an experience from a digital agency or marketing background.
  • You should understand how companies operate and their data issues to identify where CDP can solve a problem, save time and earn profit.
  • A deep understanding of our products and service offerings will empower you to upsell and cross-sell effectively. By comprehending the unique value propositions of our offerings, you will identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction while maximising revenue. 
  • The customer success manager knows everything about our product CDP and at the same time is able to understand our clients and their business point of view. Don't worry, we will teach you all of that. 
  • You are friend with the dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will mostly work on the CZ customers so you need to be fluent in Czech language but at same time you will use ENG on a daily basis as you are going to cooperate also with colleagues from other parts of the world. 

đź“ŤWhat can you expect from this position?

  • You’ll be part of a team of great data analysts, developers, marketers and sales.
  • You will be at the forefront of building and strengthening our client relationships. Your excellent communication skills and interpersonal finesse will be crucial in establishing rapport and trust with clients, fostering and environment for long-term partnerships.  
  • You will participate on the implementation process of our CDP to better understand the product from the technological side.
  • This role holds a significant responsibility in driving software renewal and client revenue.
  • You will stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
  • You will maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract update and renewals.
  • You will learn everything about the data architecture of large international companies, that use data within the company and for marketing purposes.
  • You’ll become an expert on customer data management and its usage in business

🔧 Your regular day might look like this

  • The day starts with e-mails, Slack messages, and sync calls with the internal team
  • You will sort out priorities within the team of the next days / weeks
  • You will have clients meetings to discuss clients needs and encourage customers to upgrade the product
  • Apart from Slack, JIRA from time to time you’ll create a presentation for clients. 
  • You are contributing to building our brand by maintaining client relationships
  • Our team will teach you everything about our product and its usage in digital marketing. You’ll also have time for self-development.
