What will you do at our company?

The CRM Business Partner serves as the key link between Marketing/Sales, and CRM System Owner. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving marketing and sales processes within the CRM platform, including reporting, user adoption, and sales process governance. The CRM Business Partner supports the company's commercial strategy and ensures that sales teams operate efficiently, consistently, and based on high-quality data.

The primary counterpart for this role is the CRM System Owner, who is responsible for the technical operation, solution architecture, and development of the CRM platform. Within the Customer Growth Team, the CRM Business Partner also works closely with the Customer Lifecycle Manager to support the continuous improvement of the marketing and sales funnel and pipeline, and automation processes. The key responsibilities are to: 

  • Act as a partner for Sales management, Marketing, and regional Sales teams.

  • Own business processes within the CRM and serve as the primary business super user of the platform (pipeline and opportunity management, account management, etc.)
  • Gather, analyze, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to optimize sales and marketing processes based on data insights and user feedback
  • Collaborate on the definition and continuous improvement of the marketing and sales funnel and pipeline
  • Contribute to the CRM roadmap and prioritization together with the CRM System Owner
  • Test new functionalities and ensure their successful rollout and adoption
  • Deliver the user training system and provide ongoing support, including onboarding of new employees
  • Monitor CRM adoption, data quality, and compliance with defined business processes
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Sales and Marketing teams 

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms at a business super-user level; Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Ability to independently create reports, dashboards, and analyses within the CRM platform
  • Experience setting standard CRM functionality without requiring development support
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data, metrics, and KPIs
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured requirements
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnels and the customer lifecycle
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and influence stakeholders in a global environment

Preferred background

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Business Analysis, or a similar business-facing role
  • Experience working in a B2B multi-tier environment
