Your mission is
to be the champion of project and operations management through improving efficiency. To enable cross functional team collaboration and foster cultural bond. 🚀
The role is focused on managing three key areas such as company overall operations, delivery, and executive support.
What else will you be doing
oversee internal project management, including execution, follow-ups, and accountability for task completion
- organize and facilitate internal meetings, including all-hands meetings and delivery meetings, ensuring actionable takeaways and proper structure
- manage OKR and KPI data collection to support internal performance tracking
- facilitate partner management and collaboration, make sure commitments are met and relationships are well maintained
- handle logistics for the executives - travel and events, including booking, planning, and organizing client meetings and conferences when necessary.
This is a new role in our organisation where you will have the freedom to build everything from scratch. It's a mid-level entry position with the potential to grow into a senior and people management role.
Your experience includes
- experience handling multiple internal projects at the same time
- competency in using basic PM tools (our tech stack is: Google Workspace, ClickUp, Miro, Slack, PowerBI, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
- practical experience in supporting executives
- competency in content management and social media platforms
- proficiency in written & verbal Czech and English
- events organization experience (internal & events) is a plus.
