As a Senior Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives and private equity firms
  • Oversee the preparation of deal-related materials such as information memoranda, pitch books, financial models, and valuation report
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
  • Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to expand service offerings
  • Provide strategic advice on deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and market positioning

Personal Requirements & Skills  

Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent are highly advantageous
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services
  • Experienced manager or senior manager looking for career development
  • Fluent in Czech and English
Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Deep understanding of M&A processes, financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions), and deal structuring
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial statements, and due diligence procedures
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
Leadership & Management Skills
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Communication & Other Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue
  • Awareness of market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory developments
