Senior Manager Transaction Advisory (M&A) CZ/SK

As a Senior Manager, you will:

Lead and manage end-to-end M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives and private equity firms
Oversee the preparation of deal-related materials such as information memoranda, pitch books, financial models, and valuation report
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to expand service offerings
Provide strategic advice on deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and market positioning

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent are highly advantageous
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services
Experienced manager or senior manager looking for career development
Fluent in Czech and English

Technical & Analytical Skills

Deep understanding of M&A processes, financial modelling, valuation techniques (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions), and deal structuring
Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial statements, and due diligence procedures
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases

Leadership & Management Skills

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex projects under tight deadlines
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively

Communication & Other Skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue
Awareness of market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory developments
