Devoteam is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Sales team. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to grow a team of IT professionals assigned to contracting projects. As well, you will act as the Devoteam point of contact for our customers to offer them IT consulting services (staff augmentation) and solutions. You will become an integral part of the Innovative Tech Team and also be closely working with our recruitment team in order to offer the best suitable skills and profiles to the customers.

What will your job be all about?
- Develop and expand the customer base in the Alps CEE region (especially in Slovakia, Austria, Switzerland).
Proactively seek new business opportunities and explore growth areas.
- Manage daily client communications and conduct regular follow-up meetings to ensure excellent service.
- Create and share account plans to mobilize resources for business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Drive sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Engage with clients through visits to assess needs and promote services.
- Participate in local/global tenders and support proposals and calculations.

What do we ask of you?
- Proven sales or account management experience at least 2 years.
- Interest in IT solutions and professional services, with a willingness to learn about new technologies and trends.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Goal-oriented, motivated to achieve results, and proactive in tackling challenges.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
- Willingness to listen, negotiate, and present confidently and professionally.
- A natural talent for building relationships with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Advanced English and Czech/Slovak is a must
