As the Retail Operations Manager, you'll be in charge of the daily running of our international stores. You'll work on setting up smooth and standardized processes across all our locations, both new and existing, with a strong focus on protecting profits, running efficient operations, and keeping the customer experience consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
👟 Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and maintain the store operation manual to ensure consistency and efficiency across all stores internationally
👟 Operational Excellence: Localization of processes according to local legal requirements to be aligned with the local guidelines.
👟 Profit Protection: Enhance profit protection guidelines to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
👟 Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in retail operations that drive efficiency and improve customer service.
👟 Compliance and Standards: Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
👟 Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
👟 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with IT, buying, customer care and other teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
👟 Store maintenance: Ensure the stores are in the highest possible condition
Requirements:
👟 5+ years of experience in retail with focus on multi-store operations.
👟 Strong understanding of retail operations, profit protection, and process improvement.
👟 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
👟 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
👟 Ability to travel as needed to support store operations and openings.
