Performance Marketing Specialist

As our Performance Specialist, you will be the engine room of our digital growth. While we produce tons of premium food, it’s your expertise that ensures it reaches the right bowls.

You won't just be managing keywords and budgets; you will be connecting pet owners with products that improve their pets' lives. You will work with a team that values "healthy common sense" over bureaucracy, giving you the autonomy to test, experiment, and optimize our performance across key digital channels.

Master of Campaigns

• Take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), SKLIK and Criteo.
• Manage substantial media budgets, ensuring every Crown/Euro spent delivers maximum value (ROAS).
• Continuously optimize traffic to our e-shops and landing pages.

Data Detective

• Monitor targets and budgets with precision.
• Translate complex data into clear reports and actionable insights—you tell us what the numbers mean and where we go next.
• Utilize analytics tools (GA4) to understand the customer journey.

Growth & Automation

• Support the wider e-commerce strategy by designing message paths and marketing automation.
• Collaborate on SEO initiatives to ensure our paid and organic strategies work in harmony.
• Write and optimize ad copy that speaks the language of pet lovers.

Essential

• 2–3+ years of experience in managing paid media (PPC) and e-commerce campaigns.
• Technical proficiency: You are comfortable inside Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Analytics.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and Czech (we are a Czech family business with a global footprint).
• Analytical mindset: You make decisions based on data, not just gut feeling.
• Solution-oriented: You see a drop in traffic as a challenge to solve, not a problem to report.
