Ideally, you are a 3rd-5th grade student with an interest in startups & tech.
Your team
Be part of a young but experienced team who'll be there for you from day one. You'll be working on real business cases, providing your legal opinions to tech companies and helping them grow their business.
Your tasks
- Supporting our team in areas of commercial, corporate or employment law as well as IP&IT, M&A and financing agenda
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing, reviewing and translating legal documents
- Communicating with public institutions, such as courts or notaries
