Confirmo, the one and only Czech cryptocurrency payment gateway, is on the lookout for a talented Product Manager! Established in 2014, we are trusted by businesses such as Alza, Pilulka, FTMO, Trezor, and Pražská plynárenská. Supported by the investment group MITON, renowned for successful projects like Rohlík, Heureka, and Slevomat, we're exploring future possibilities in the world of crypto payments. We are in search of a Product Manager who shares our excitement for shaping the future of financial technology in the crypto space. You will be the first Product Manager in Confirmo so this will be an amazing opportunity to make your impact on the companies product vision.
What you will do:
- Drive revenue impact through strategic product decisions and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- You embody the "unicorn" of product management—the rare individual who holds the vision, not only for a product, but for the company and the industry.
- Translate customer needs into compelling products within the fintech and cryptocurrency domains, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive innovation in product design and processes, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency to stay ahead in the competitive market.
What we are looking for :
- Proven experience in product management, particularly with payment gateways. B2C experience would also be a must.
- Deep familiarity with financial technologies, cryptocurrencies, and emerging fintech trends, demonstrating a keen understanding of industry dynamics.
- While prior knowledge of cryptocurrencies is not mandatory, a passionate willingness to rapidly become well-versed in the field is highly desirable.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and technical skills, with proficiency in SQL considered a valuable asset.
