Join our Finance team and help keep STRV’s accounting operations running smoothly across our Czech and US entities — supporting everything from invoice processing to monthly closings for a global company working with clients from LA and New York to London and Japan.

You’ll be joining our Finance team, which keeps all things money running smoothly across STRV’s Czech and US entities by handling everything in-house, from daily bookkeeping and monthly closings to Czech payroll, while collaborating closely with external tax advisors in both the Czech Republic and the US. Your focus will be supporting our Czech operations and making sure the day-to-day accounting flows without a hitch.
At STRV, Your Role Will Be To
- Review and post incoming invoices in our workflow tool (Wflow).
- Review and book company card expenses.
- Issue outgoing invoices.
- Reconcile accounts receivables and payables.
- Perform bank account reconciliations.
- Book fixed assets and calculate depreciation.
- Support monthly closing activities.
- Collect accounting documents from multiple sources to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Oversee VAT treatment of transactions.
- Assist senior accountants with monthly and annual financial statements.
- Support the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
- Jump into other accounting and financial projects as needed.
We Expect You To Have
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- A basic knowledge of Czech accounting standards.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- A responsible and reliable attitude with the ability to work independently.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your teammates.
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak, with strong English skills — you'll be using English on a daily basis.
- Critical thinking skills and a drive to dive into the details.
- Experience with Wflow or Abra Flexi is a plus.
