We are looking for eager-to-learn Junior Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with business partners and enhance the experience of our users in the Czech and Slovak markets.
🏋️♀️THE MAIN CHALLENGE…
Onboard new partners into GLAMI by helping them navigate through our registration process and take care of and develop relationships with our existing partners to enable them to reach the best results possible.

📈AND SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES…
Manage and support our small and medium-sized partner portfolio.
- Process new registrations, ensuring proper technical implementation.
- Optimize partner performance and overall experience.
- Contribute to projects that enhance processes, features, and partner satisfaction.
- Engage with partners via phone and email to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, offering assistance and strategic guidance.
- Actively identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement.
✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a must (opportunity for juniors willing to learn and grow fast in GLAMI)
- Fluency in English and native Czech (or Slovak)
- Team player with problem-solving skills
- Interest in the e-commerce market
- An organized, analytical person with a pro-client attitude
- A vibrant personality who is proactively looking for improvements
