🏋🏼♂️ THE MAIN CHALLENGES
- Provide expert advice and counseling on wide-range employment-related issues through the employee life cycle (this includes drafting and revising documents, contracts, and separation agreements, as well as assessing contingent workforce risks, arranging power of attorneys, requesting letters of non-indebtedness, and communication with relevant authorities)
- Keep up-to-date with the dynamic changes in employment law, closely monitoring the latest developments and trends. Then effectively translate such knowledge into clear, accessible, and actionable guidance and actions.
- Manage the entire onboarding process, from the initial communication with the new hire and organising their Day 1 to conducting check-ins during their first three months.
- Propose and implement programs, initiatives, and policies that promote a healthy work environment and foster positive employee experience, including team-building activities, workshops, events, and employee recognition programs.
- Take ownership of the occupational health and safety agenda, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing measures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Take a hands-on approach to lead the implementation of socially conscious programs. This will include planning, organising logistics, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.

☑️ REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
🎬 Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR roles with a specific focus on employment law, employee engagement, talent development, or related areas.
- 💡 You have in-depth knowledge of employee law and its application in various HR functions.
- 🕵️♂️ You are able to exercise discretion, excellent judgment, and the highest integrity.
- 🧑🤝🧑 You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, same as an empathetic approach, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to various stakeholders.
- 🤹 You are able to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
- 🧩 You deal well with ambiguity and proactively approach problem-solving.
- 💪 You have strong ownership and are detail-oriented.
- 🦸 You are driven, take initiative, and want to move things to the next level.
- 🏢 You are willing to be in the office 3 days per week.
- 💬 You are fluent in Czech and English (both written and verbal), Polish is nice to have.
