Join us in creating the access within the building for all. 2N, a technology leader with over 500 employees worldwide, is seeking an exceptional Head of Product Management to drive our product strategy and innovation.
Your Impact:
- As Head of Product Management, you will lead and scale a team of 13+ product professionals.
- Defining and driving the strategy for our core product categories in the residential and office segments.
- Expanding and maturing our product organization as we scale towards 1000+ employees.
- Driving business growth in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions together with key stakeholders.
- Leading the integration of emerging technologies and innovation, including AI, into our product ecosystem.
- Collaborating closely with Solution Management, R&D, Sales, colleagues from the PdM team from the Axis group and other teams to align products with market needs.
The Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of business experience with proven leadership and management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field, ideally in access control, security, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to lead and scale product teams in an international setting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into actionable strategies.
- Experience in driving product innovation in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership approach.
- Excellence in stakeholder management across cultural and geographical boundaries.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product strategy and decision-making.
- Ability to manage complex technological transitions, particularly with AI and other emerging technologies.
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and business strategy capabilities.
- Excels at building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Fluent English.
- You are already based in Prague or the surrounding area and can work primarily from our offices in Modřany and Pankrác. Please note that we do not provide relocation, visa, or work permit support.
