As our Head of Customer Success, your mission is to lead our CS team, drive client success across international markets, and ensure our partners achieve measurable business growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping both client experience and strategic impact—from onboarding to retention to expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Team Leadership & Strategy

Lead and grow the Customer Success team—set direction, support development, and build a high-performance culture

Define and implement a scalable Customer Success strategy aligned with Expando’s growth goals

Identify and lead upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales

🔹 Client Success & Expansion

Build strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and decision-makers

Oversee and optimize onboarding to ensure fast time-to-value and smooth adoption

Help clients unlock the full value of our services and expand their presence on global marketplaces

🔹 Data-Driven Growth & Impact

Collect and analyze customer insights to improve service delivery and customer journey

Align closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to close the feedback loop

Track key success metrics: client retention, onboarding effectiveness, NPS/CSAT

Who You Are

✅ Experienced in Customer Success leadership, ideally within e-commerce, SaaS, or digital agency environments

✅ You know marketplaces (especially Amazon) and understand how brands scale globally

✅ A strong communicator—clear, structured, and confident with clients and teams alike

✅ Analytical and data-driven—you back decisions with insights and metrics

✅ A strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

✅ You enjoy growing people and teams—not just managing them
