We focus on use cases which are crucial to our customers´ growth, from employee motivation, contracting process outsourcing and optimization to vendor management and privacy set-up. Your tasks:
Craft and execute content plan to drive Eldison's brand presence
- Develop strategic content plan tailored for every stage of the marketing funnel
- Maintain an up-to-date content calendar across all marketing platforms (blog, newsletters, landing pages, Medium, LinkedIn, Facebook, email)
- Customize content formats to suit the message (case studies, customer interviews, blog posts, how-tos, guides, lead magnets, social media posts)
- Cover all topics relevant to Eldison's expertise across multiple locations (Czechia, Slovakia, the US)
- Collaborate with the rest of the Eldison team on content creation
- Stay on top of industry trends and updates
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Handle copywriting and publishing
- Become the owner of Eldison’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Manage and update content on Eldison’s website using WebFlow (no prior experience required)
- Write clear marketing copy, ensuring brand consistence in tone, style and visuals
- Co-operate with internal designer on creatives
- Manage and guide an external content writer
Manage campaigns across channels
- Create marketing campaigns across channels (web, email, events, social media platforms)
- Manage and optimize paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Implement and evaluate performance metrics
- Track digital marketing performance and online traffic using social media platforms and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Manage campaign reporting to optimize strategies further
Our expectations:
- Prior experience with content and copy-writing (experience in legal environment is a strong advantage)
- Comfortable with building marketing strategies and campaigns
- Experience with or willingness to learn how to manage and optimize paid advertising on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent English skills (written/oral)
- Ability to turn complicated topics into easy-to-read bites for the readers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
