We’re looking for someone who gets excited about engaging existing customers and making every interaction count. This is a B2B role focused on building long-term relationships with business customers — not consumer-style campaigns or promos. It sits at the crossroads of marketing automation, demand generation, and customer journey design. If you enjoy both strategy and hands-on execution, you’ll love it here. 

What’s the Job?

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for engaging our existing customer base — primarily through marketing automation and email. From onboarding and education to upsell, cross-sell, and even reactivation, you’ll own how we speak to customers at every stage. We already have tools like Pardot and Salesforce in place — now we’re looking for someone who can take the lead, make the most of what’s there, and keep pushing things forward.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a high level of ownership — you’ll shape strategy, drive execution, and work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to bring campaigns to life — but you won’t be managing a team.

You’ll have the space to make real impact, not just follow instructions — and your work will directly influence how we grow value from our existing customer base.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Customer Journey – Create and execute lifecycle campaigns for existing customers — from the first login to long-term loyalty.
  • Automation That Works – Build and optimize email flows, nurture tracks, and smart campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • More Than Just Newsletters – From promos to transactional updates and product alerts, you’ll be in charge of all things email.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Own and improve our current automation and engagement setup, and help evolve it into a more strategic, lifecycle-focused approach.
  • Keep Our Data Clean & Smart – You’ll manage customer web account structure, segment lists, and ensure our forms and funnels are firing on all cylinders.
  • Use Data to Drive Action – Dive into sell-out reports, web behavior, and campaign performance to figure out what’s working and what’s not — and then tweak it.
  • Be a Bridge Builder – Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align messages, create hand-off moments, and keep everyone in the loop.
  • Run the Show – You’ll manage your own projects, mentor a junior specialist, and bring your ideas to the table to improve the whole lifecycle strategy. 

Are You the Right Fit?

We think you might be if you tick most of these boxes:

  • You’ve done this before – 3+ years in marketing automation or customer lifecycle marketing, ideally in B2B or tech.
  • You love tools – You know your way around Pardot, Salesforce CRM, and email marketing platforms.
  • You’re data-curious – You don’t just push buttons. You want to know what happens after someone clicks. You look at sell-out reports and customer activity and ask, “What now?”
  • You speak funnel – You get the customer journey and know where automation fits in. You’re not chasing leads, but you do understand how to work with Sales to move customers forward.
  • You’re independent (but collaborative) – You can run a campaign from idea to analysis but love working with others to get it done right.
  • You’re a communicator – Fluent in English, great with stakeholders, and able to explain complex ideas in simple terms. Czech is a bonus.
  • You care – About the customer, the message, and the result.

And just so you know how we work:

  • We’re not a full remote team — some things are just better when you can grab a coffee and talk them through face to face. That’s why we mix it up: part of the week in our Prague office (City Tower, Pankrác), part from home.
  • And no matter where you’re originally from — if you already live in the Czech Republic and can work here, we’d love to hear from you. Czech isn’t a must, but it definitely helps.
