Job Type: Full-time; flexible schedule

Pay Range: OTE 110k CZK with acceleration going over it + bonus from closed deals

What is your role?

You’re our first-in-line representing Behavio in the long-term trusting relationships with clients that we want to build. You will be responsible for:

📌 Generating and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.

📌 Conducting initial outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage prospects.

📌 Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products. Carefully record all information you could obtain to CRM.

📌 Being responsible for the lead qualification and pipeline generation.

📌 Scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team.

📌 Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.

📌 Analyzing lead generation activities and providing feedback to improve processes.

📌 Supporting the sales team in developing and refining sales pitches.

That’s the role. Who are you? 

 Track record of achieving sales quotas at a B2B company, preferably in SaaS. Experience with martech, advertising, or media sales is an advantage.

✔ Hands-on experience with CRM software (we use Hubspot) and with multiple sales techniques (lead generation, cold calls, multichannel outreach, etc.).

✔ A natural communicator confident and eager to engage with potential clients. Positive attitude and mindset, so you don’t mind hearing “Call me later” for the tenth time a day.

✔ A listener that quickly adapts to the situation, pain points, and tone of voice of the other side. Assertive, able to ask all the questions in an engaging way.

✔ Your key focus will be on the EU / US markets. Late afternoon availability for a few days a month  puts you on top of the list.

✔ Excellent in work and time management. Flexibility in terms of working hours.

✔ A team player with the drive to improve both your effectiveness and that of the team.

✔ Fluent in Czech and English (no or small accent is a big plus).

✔ A kind person with high integrity. Excited about Behavio's products and vision.
