We are looking for a commercially-minded person with a technical background who uses tools to become 100x more productive in identifying and reaching out to customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design a system that compiles and tracks a list of contacts to reach out to in a selected market vertical.

  • Create a sales flywheel where the co-founders can semi-automatically reach out to potential customers and partners, automating as much of the process as possible.
  • Get the Salted CEO in front of as many qualified prospects as possible in a short amount of time.
  • Participate in market research for new features, verifying market size and fit.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools to enhance productivity in searching for the right companies, contacts, data enrichment, and tracking.

We Are Looking For

  • Commercial thinking.
  • Drive to bring in new customer and partner leads.
  • A technical background with a focus on leveraging tools (including but not limited to AI) to automate and enhance productivity.
  • Experience using automation tools like n8n, Make, or other low-code/no-code utilities to make yourself 100x more productive.
  • A strong sense of urgency and ability to get the job done.

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience in a growth hacking role.
  • Experience with market analysis of specific segments or products.
  • B2B prospecting or sales experience
