Business Developer for Bulgaria

At GLAMI, we are changing the online shopping experience across Europe! We are a fashion discovery search engine connecting millions of users with brands and e-retailers, in 13 markets in the EU. We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Developer that will help GLAMI grow even further in the Bulgarian market and support fashion e-shops advertising on www.glami.bg.

🏋️‍♀️THE CHALLENGE…

Initiate and develop B2B sales and provide the best possible service to fashion e-shops advertising on the GLAMI platform. Develop relationships with new and existing partners in Bulgaria, analyze and optimize their performance, enable them to reach the best possible results.

This is a client-facing role that requires a native speaker, knowledge of the local market and prior experience in e-commerce.

📈AND THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Acquisition, retention, and continuous development of partnership in BG.
  • Keep ownership and oversee a growing portfolio of partners.
  • Being the first point of contact for potential and existing partners and giving solutions on how to improve their results on the GLAMI platform.
  • Consult and educate partners on GLAMI's advertising solution, incl. integration with GLAMI.
  • Provide data analysis with the aim of assisting key partners to scale their campaigns (upselling).
  • B2B Sales Development - own the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, by handling sales automation tools of high efficiency.
  • Participation in projects improving processes and features, impacting all GLAMI markets, like help in identifying technical integration problems and product opportunities.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

  • Experience in a B2B Sales client-facing position in e-commerce OR online marketing. 

    (eg digital marketing agency, telesales, SaaS, ad-tech, marketplace).
  • Good understanding of e-commerce, familiar with the Bulgaria market.
  • Fluency in English and native Bulgarian.
  • Positive go-getter attitude, ability to work autonomously and willingness to learn.
  • Disposition for data-driven decision-making, with a hands-on way of doing things.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
