We are looking for an automation and data analytics enthusiast who can seamlessly connect various systems, simplify processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making. If you love optimising workflows, integrating systems, and analysing data—without complex coding—this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

🚀 Automation & Integration

- Design and implement automation to streamline routine tasks.

- Connect different systems and tools without the need for coding.

- Optimise workflows and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilise no-code platforms to automate and enhance processes.

- Manage integrations between internal systems such as CRM, data platforms, and accounting tools.

🚀 Data Handling & Analysis

- Manage data flows and ensure smooth integration across tools.

- Support reporting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

- Work with SQL and data integration platforms to ensure data consistency.

- Identify and resolve automation and data issues to maintain seamless system operations.

🚀 Supporting Teams & Process Improvement

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and agency teams to optimise processes.

- Create simple guides and documentation for colleagues.

- Train and share best practices in automation tools and workflows.

- Support teams in configuring and customising CRM and workflow management tools.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

- Experience with no-code/low-code tools and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.

- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to process optimisation.

- Basic understanding of data management, integrations, and automation.

- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.

- Independence, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.

- English proficiency for reading technical documentation and written communication.
