About the Role
We’re seeking a forward-thinking Business Consultant who can bridge the gap between business vision and AI execution.
You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs, analyze existing processes, and design AI-driven solutions powered by multi-agent systems.
Your work will shape how businesses interact with intelligent automation — and how our developers bring those solutions to life.
This is a role for someone who thrives on understanding complex systems, simplifying them, and translating them into actionable product requirements.
What You’ll Do
Engage with clients to understand their strategic goals, operational challenges, and business workflows.
- Identify opportunities where agentic AI systems can deliver measurable value.
- Conduct process and data analysis to map current state vs. desired future state.
- Design conceptual AI architectures (agent roles, information flow, decision logic) together with technical leads.
- Translate findings into clear functional specifications and development briefs for AI engineers.
- Support project scoping, prioritization, and value estimation.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery aligns with business intent.
- Contribute to Skygena’s knowledge base — documenting reusable solution patterns and case studies.
What You Bring
Experience in business consulting, solution design, or product management, ideally in AI, data, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical mindset — you understand processes, dependencies, and systems thinking.
- The ability to translate business problems into structured technical requirements.
- Understanding of modern AI technologies (LLMs, automation, RPA, data analytics) and curiosity about multi-agent systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — both in understanding clients and guiding internal teams.
- Fluent English (Czech a plus).
- A proactive, consultative approach and the confidence to lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
