Our founder, Marek Fukas, has been actively involved with the World Scout Organization for numerous years. When the organization faced challenges in member management and decision-making processes, Marek saw an opportunity for innovation. This led to the development of software, which eventually evolved into our first two products: Tee-pee for membership management and Balotio, an online voting tool. Today, these solutions are utilized by various non-profit organizations, enabling us to explore and implement the latest technologies, which we can also integrate into projects for other clients.

Every month, we host a company breakfast, bringing us all together. Some join us at our Bratislava office, while others participate online. Here, we discuss our achievements, welcome new team members, and delve into ongoing and upcoming projects. It's a chance for everyone to stay updated on company happenings and assess our progress.

Additionally, we regularly touch upon topics concerning our work environment, gauging satisfaction levels and identifying areas for improvement. These discussions aren't superficial; our management genuinely values our input, often implementing our suggestions promptly.

We don't distinguish between employees, contractors, or students. Your level of experience doesn't matter much to us either. What's paramount is your willingness to challenge yourself and grow, whether you view obstacles as hindrances or opportunities for growth. Everyone within our organization shares equal opportunities for development. Each month, we set aside a day dedicated solely to learning. Moreover, we offer comprehensive in-house training sessions tailored to various aspects of the TELCO industry. Additionally, we assign competency leaders for each technology to mentor and guide you. Recently, we've introduced expert communities, allowing you to exchange technological expertise and discuss emerging trends with your peers.

Of course, this is subject to your team's approval and the current project status. If circumstances permit, you're welcome to take time off, and we don't keep track of your vacation days throughout the year.

If you consistently deliver reliable results and it aligns with client or project requirements, we're open to various forms of collaboration. Remote work is common practice for us, with some colleagues even working from abroad. Whether it's a long-term arrangement or a short-term workation, where they blend work with exploring their surroundings in the afternoon, flexibility is key. This not only accommodates travel but also enables colleagues with family commitments to balance their personal and professional lives. There's no tracking of hours worked or when tasks are completed. We trust that everyone will put in the necessary effort to achieve the desired outcomes.

Starting from 2024, our new headquarters will be located in Bratislava at the Westend Gate Building B. Our office space features an open layout, alongside chillout areas, meeting rooms, and other spaces tailored to meet our specific requirements, all designed collaboratively.

In addition to our presence in Bratislava, we're actively expanding into Prague, aiming to establish a team akin to the one we have in Slovakia. Our goal is for this team to flourish through engaging projects, ultimately becoming a leading partner in OSS/BSS solutions.

A key advantage is that we're not starting from square one in the Czech Republic. Our existing satisfied clients serve as references, gradually attracting new clients to join our ranks. For our colleagues in Prague, this presents an opportunity to grow alongside the company, learning from seasoned colleagues and actively contributing to our company's growth.
