WHO ARE YOU ?
Your responsibilities
In the role of Financial Planner and Analyst, you will work hand in hand with business unit leaders, and directly contribute to our mission "To be useful to people and the planet". Your tasks will include:
- Preparing user-friendly business information for the analysis and understanding of P/H/E (People, Profit, Planet) performance and for the optimization of decision-making in both short and medium terms.
- Actively participating in risk management together with the leader of your business unit.
- Using financial and non-financial data in real-time to illuminate everyday business decisions.
- Developing and securing competencies in business forecasting to analyze and understand performance and optimize decision-making.
What is your ideal profile?
We are looking for a sports enthusiast professional with:
- Advanced analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- The ability to tell stories and influence to persuade and motivate the team.
- Adaptability and a challenge-oriented approach, along with leadership skills.
- Curiosity and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge in project management, financial planning and modeling, knowledge of planning and data visualization tools, business analytics skills, economic ratios, and corporate finance.
